TROUBLESHOOTING: I can not see the Finder Label in my playlist

If you have set Finder Labels to your files but can not see them when you use these clips in one of our play out product (OnTheAir Video, OnTheAir Video Express, OnTheAir Live, or OnTheAir Manager), it is most probably because you have turned off the Spotlight indexing on this Volume.

This can be changed in System Preferences > Spotlight > Privacy

The Volume (or folder in which you video files are) should NOT be present in the following list:
