TROUBLESHOOTING: I forgot my password for the online store

If you have forgotten your password to log in your Softron online store account, you can easily create a new one. First, go to the login window by clicking on the "Log in" button:

Then click on the link: "Password forgotten? Click here."

Then enter the email address you have used to create your account and click on "Continue":

You will then receive an email with a new password.
