HOW TO: Find the serial number of my dongle ?

A Softron dongle looks like this:

Its Serial Number is written on the other side of the Softron logo. If you can not get access to the dongle or can not read the serial, or that you own an older dongle, you can follow the instructions below.

For applications released after June 2025

Select the "Licenses" from the Application menu.  The following window should open, listing both:

• Dongle numbers if any are connected.
• Serial Numbers activated.

For applications released before June 2025

1. Go in the "Application" Menu and select "About {Application Name}".

2. In the window that opens, below license info, you will find the serial of your dongle.
