TROUBLESHOOTING: Can not add serial to Softron License Manager

If an error is showing up when adding a serial number to your account in Softron License Manager, below are the potential issues.

How to fix this?

There can be different causes for this:

• You typed your serial incorrectly. Prefer to use copy/paste as some characters can look alike.
• Your serial has expired. If you were generated a temporary serial, that has now expired, you won't be able to add it.
