OnTheAir Video and OnTheAir Video Express
- NEW: Added a "Default" playlist to be opened when OnTheAir Video starts
- NEW: Added an option "Use Thumbnails". Disable that option if you want OnTheAir Video not to render the thumbnails. This may save on resources if you have a lot of new clips arriving at once.
