You can drag and drop clips to the Playlist area. You can use clips from the clips and markers area above, or other clips from your storage.
When a clip is in the playlist area, you can select the “angle” that you want to play out as well as the playback speed.
To play the playlist, you need to make sure that an output is selected for that playlist:

Right-clicking on a Clip opens a window that allows you to Export Playlist (to the default destination determined in the Settings menu), Export Playlist To… (a destination chosen when you select this item), or to Cancel Export.

Exporting Clips and Playlists
You can export clips and playlists so they can be reused later on.
Export Settings
Export settings are part of the session, as each session might be unique to a certain sport or event.
You can add multiple export locations, choose a default export for the session. Clicking the gear will show the settings for that export location.
- Export Directory: set where the clips will be exported.
- If File Already Exists: when two clips have the same name, decide if you want to Keep Both clips, Replace the old clip, Skip the export or Stop the export.
- Add Handles: set the number of seconds you want to add before and after your In/Out point to the exported clip.
- Export Inputs: Select which inputs will be exported
- Custom Naming: Add custom naming tokens or text to keep files organized. Using the "/" will create subfolders in the chosen directory. For instance, you can use the tokens such as "year/month/day" to create a subfolder "2025/January/7..." for organization purposes.
Exporting Clips
From the “Browser” area, select the clips you want to export. Then right click on it and select either “Export” or "Export To..." from the drop down menu. "Export" will use the default export destination, while "Export to" allows the user to choose the export destination.
You can cancel the export of one or more clips by selecting the clips for which you want to cancel the export, right click on it and choose “Cancel Export”.
Exporting Playlists
Note that currently only clips from the recorded angles will be exported. External clips will be skipped during export. The method to export playlists is the same as the one for clips. Note that the if you modify the playlist after you have started an export, it won’t reflect in the exported file, you will have to export again the playlist.
Rules
Starting with version 2.3, you can rules to send clips to multiple export destinations, or even playlists. Clicking the rules button will show the available rules, and rules can be quickly disabled with the active checkmark. Click the plus mark to add a new rule.
Clicking the gear allows customization of the rule.
- First, set your rule name.
- Then add the value for the "clip name". In the image, "Basket" is used. If a clip contains "Basket", then it will immediately perform the actions assigned below.
- In the actions, we have two types: Add to Playlist, or Export.
- Add to Playlist: Add a playlist name for the files to send to. If multiple playlists have the same word assigned here, they will all receive the clip.
- Export: Choose the export destination to send to
