HOW TO: Control OnTheAir Switch with the REST API

OnTheAir Switch can be controlled in various ways:

• with AppleScripts
• with the REST API

To know how to use the REST API, the easiest is to start OnTheAir Switch on a computer (it can be a demo version) and then type in a browser:

http://localhost:2028

You will then see a welcome page. Click on the "REST API" button to bring you to the page explaining how this works.

Note that these documentations pages are available since version 2.7.1.
